Lamb Cutlet Recipe
8 trimmed cutlets, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 3 teaspoons honey, 2 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger, 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine the spice mix in a bowl and spread liberally over the cutlets.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to marinate.
Preheat a barbecue grill to hot and cook the cutlets for 2 minutes on each side or to your liking.
Remove to a serving platter, cover with foil and set aside for 5 minutes before serving.
